1. Information about the collection of personal data

1.1. In this privacy policy, I inform you about the collection of personal data when using my website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, for example your name, your address or your e-mail address.

1.3. To contact me, you can send me an e-mail or use the contact form provided on my website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address in order to be able to answer your request. If you wish, you can use an e-mail address that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. If you write me an e-mail or send me a message via the contact form, I will save the data you have provided (e.g. your e-mail address, if necessary your e-mail address). Your name and phone number) to answer your questions. If storage is no longer necessary, I will delete the personal data collected. If there is a legal storage obligation, I restrict the processing. The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. f GDPR.

1.4. I would like to point out that data transmission by e-mail may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible here. I therefore recommend that health-related data should not be transmitted by e-mail. If you are interested in an encrypted e-mail correspondence, please let me know.

1.5. I need the cooperation of external service providers for individual functions of my website. I will inform you about the respective processes under point 6 of this declaration.

 

2. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting my website

2.1. If you use my website for information purposes – i.e. just look at it - when you access it, I collect the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to the server of my website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

- IP address of the requesting computer,

- Date and time of the request or access,

- Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),

- Content of the request (specific page),

- Name and URL of the retrieved file

- Access status/HTTP status code

- amount of data transferred in each case

- Website from which the request or access is made (referrer URL)

- browser used

- Operating system of your computer and its interface as well as the name of your access provider

- Language and version of the browser software

2.2. I process the data mentioned in order to display my website to you and to ensure stability and security at the same time. In particular, to ensure a smooth connection establishment and a comfortable use of my website as well as for an evaluation of system security or system stability and for other administrative purposes.

2.3. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above.

 

3. Transfer of data / Data transmission

I transmit your personal data to third parties exclusively for the following purposes:

3.1. - after granting an express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. a GDPR,

3.2. - according to Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,

3.3. - if necessary for the transfer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. c DSGVO there is a legal obligation,

3.4. - insofar as this is legally permissible and in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. b DSGVO is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

 

4. Your rights

You have rights towards me with regard to the personal data concerning you. This is the:

4.1. - Right to information: in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, you can request information about your personal data processed by me.

4.2. - Right to rectification: in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, you can immediately request the correction of incorrect or completed personal data stored by me.

4.3. - Right to erasure: in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, you can request the erasure of your personal data stored by me.

4.4. - Right to restriction of processing: in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data stored by me.

4.5. - Right to object to processing: in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, you can revoke your consent once given to me at any time.

4.6. - Right to data portability: in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, you can request to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a structured, common and machine-readable format or request the transfer to another person responsible.

4.7. - In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by me.

 

5. Integration of Google Maps

5.1. I use Google Maps on my website. This allows me to show you interactive maps directly on my website; this allows you to conveniently use the map functions of Google Maps. During use, Google collects, processes and uses data about your use of the map functions.

5.2. By visiting my website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of my website. In addition, the data referred to in point 2 of this declaration will be transmitted. This is done both if you are logged into a Google user account and if there is no user account or you are logged out of it.

5.3.If you are logged in to a Google account, your data will be assigned directly to this account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out of your Google account before using it.

5.4. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research, for statistical purposes and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on my website.

5.5. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right, please contact Google.

6. Objection or revocation against the processing of your data

6.1. If we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 P. 1 lit. f GDPR, you can object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. In this case, please inform me of the reasons – which arise from your particular situation – for which I should not process your personal data. After checking your objection, I will either stop the data processing, adapt it or continue the processing. In the last mentioned case, I will explain to you my compelling reasons worthy of protection.

6.2. You can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and/or data analysis purposes at any time without giving reasons. I will implement your right of objection in this regard; it is not necessary to give reasons for this.

6.3. If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
